This is my Eladrin Wizard for 4th edition Dnd. Eladrin are fey elves that have no pupils. They are usually look very alien or blind in the depictions I've seen of them. I had to make mine cuter so I made the highlights in her eyes a focal point.
Eladrin appear to have brightly colored marks on their skin. The book doesn't mention whether these marks are tatoos or inherited from their fey lineage. For the purpose of my character, they are natural.
If you wish to use her as an NPC here is her description:
She has fair skin, teal markings, teal eyes, and teal accessories. She has silvery metallic hair. Her dress is that of a commoner, but it appears as though she spends her Wizard coin entirely on upgrading her spellbook, which is a rich red leather adorned with jade. An orb implement is embedded into the center of the cover (not shown) which she can channel her spells through to augment them and make them more powerful. [If you can read Elven you notice that her belongings all have her name inscribed on them]
The yin-yang wasn't intentional really. She's all heart. She doesn't even like killing kobolds, and tries to find a peaceful solution to everything if she can. (In stark contrast to the Tiefling Warlock in the party, maybe he's yang =o )
I was thinking of more tear or geometric shape for her markings. Most eladrin have markings of the sun, stars, or moon on them. Kaia considers herself more human than her fey heritage would indicate, which is why I gave her such unusual markings. Her beauty comes second to her study.
