This is your logic:

i don't go around doing things that makes others feel bad, but i frequently browse an entire blog that's based around laughing at other people's awful art.
then i tell the people that their art is featured on there, and then i question why they drew what they did, because it looks awful.

BUT ITS OK BECAUSE I SAY "I'M DON'T MEAN TO OFFEND"
